In this class with Mirai Nagasu she will teach you stretching and conditioning exercises she uses to keep her in competitive shape to land the big jumps. She will demonstrate jumping exercises for beginner jumpers to advanced. Mirai is a two-time Olympic Competitor, placing 4th in 2010 at the age of 16 and in 2018 she landed a triple axel in the team free skate event. Mirai is a seven-time US National Medalist, two- time Jr. Worlds medalist and a four-time Four Contestants medalist. Mirai's classes are personal and informative.
